The Safran Nacelles customer support activities rely on a global network of technical representatives, support managers and regional sales managers.

There are four distribution centers and five repair shops in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia in which Safran Nacelles experts support their customers in the operation of their nacelle systems 24/7 and ensure the repair and maintenance operations, supply of spare parts and lease equipment and reactive action in the event of an AOG .

In addition, there is an online e-service platform for Safran Nacelles customers.
