Human Resources Director
Cédric Halé – who holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of Rouen – began his career in human resources development at Safran Nacelles in 2001, when the company was known as Hurel-Dubois.
In 2003, during the Hurel-Dubois integration process, he was assigned to its Burnley site (UK) and contributed towards the harmonization of human resources practices within this operation. On his return to the company's Le Havre site in 2004, he held several line positions in recruitment and social relations.
In 2007, he joined Safran Aircraft Engines as the Human Resources Manager at Vernon, France, and then as Site Director at Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activities.
From July 2011, he held the Human Resources Director position at FAMAT (Fabrications Mécaniques de l'Atlantique), a 50/50 joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engines and GE.
