Job description

Rattaché au responsable d'exploitation, il a en charge la gestion et le suivi des incidents.
Il coordonne les différentes équipes techniques dans la résolution des incidents. Il gère et anime les cellules de crise. Il s'assure que le processus de gestion d'incidents est connu et appliqué par les différents intervenants. Il pilote l'adéquation du niveau de performance obtenu par rapport au niveau de performance défini dans les SLA. Il propose et formalise les évolutions pertinentes du processus de gestion d'incidents. Il est en charge de la communication vers utilisateurs et du reporting de son activité.

Job requirements

Pré requis : anglais courant, bac+5, compétences ITIL, voire Service Now, bon bagage technique, esprit de synthèse, pragmatisme, organisé, structuré
